JFA is delighted to have joined the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry this month.
LCCI is the capital’s largest independent networking and business support organisation, connecting thousands of business people and hosting a carefully designed programme of events targeted at those working in property, building, developing, planning, design and construction. LCCI’s Property and Construction Group is an established forum for members concerned in any way with property, building development, planning, design and construction. At the event, attendees can network over breakfast before hearing from an industry expert on the issues and challenges facing the sector in 2015 and beyond. Guests will also be able to put their questions to the guest speaker during a brief Q&A session. Guest Speaker John James, Managing Director, Soho Estates John joined Soho Estates Limited in 1986 and was appointed Head of Estates in 1989. He was then appointed as Director in 1990 and became the Managing Director in 2010. He is responsible for the strategy and management of the company. Other roles include, Chairman and Managing Director of Paul Raymond Holdings and a member of the Board for The Heart of London Business Alliance and the Safer Soho Business Partnership. He is also a Panel member of the Soho Action Plan Steering Group and the Safer Soho Neighbourhood Panel. At the event, John will discuss Soho Estates’ plans for the area and the challenges it faces as one of London’s largest landowners.
