Walton Road, Bushey – an ecological assessment to meet Code for Sustainable Homes Eco 1-5.

The site in Hertfordshire bordering north London was an old industrial estate in an urban fringe location, near woodland.

JFA Ltd provided guidance and an assessment allowing the house builder to meet “Very Good” under CfSH guidelines.
